Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Marketing and Sales Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting sales and marketing endeavors to promote and sell work and get commissions for artist through client engagement, market research, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a passion for developing business relationships. Duties

• social media marketing
• Support artist by contacting potential clients globally for commissions and sales
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
• Engage with clients via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings to present art and other partnerships
• Organise and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate records of interactions
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and sales presentations efficiently
• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials presentations, and social media content
• maintain website and develop mailing list

Experience

• to enjoy sales, marketing, customer service.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
