Millions of times each week a customer receives a drink from a Starbucks barista – but each interaction is unique. We became franchisees of the amazing Starbucks brand in 2015. We operate our own stores and hire our own teams, but we are guided by the product, brand and design which Starbucks create. Of course, we like to add our magic Queensway family sparkle in our 20 stores. The role
This position provides legendary customer service to all customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.

· Above national minimum wage, pay rates
o 16 – 17 £8.08 per hour
o 18-20 £10.96 per hour
o 21 and above £12.84 per hour
