We are seeking a reliable and physically capable On-site Labourer/Operative to join our team. This role involves supporting various on-site tasks, assisting with site preparation, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. Responsibilities

• Assisting with site setup, including moving materials and equipment to designated areas
• Supporting the installation and assembly of structures or components as directed
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work site to ensure safety standards are met
• Operating basic tools and machinery in accordance with safety protocols
• Assisting with loading and unloading materials from lorries or storage areas
• Supporting team members in completing tasks efficiently and accurately
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations at all times during operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in manual labour or construction-related roles is advantageous but not essential
• Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks over extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions carefully
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices on-site is desirable
• A valid UK driving licence is preferred but not mandatory
