Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding service to our customers. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. We are looking for an all-rounder to cover Reception, Servery, General Floor, stepping up to run a shift in a supervisory role from time to time – full training will be provided. To include weekend work.
Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services while demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
- Assist customers with their orders, including upselling additional products when appropriate.
- Maintain an organised record of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Conduct merchandising activities as needed, ensuring product displays are attractive and well-stocked.
- Utilise basic math skills to process transactions accurately.
- Manage time effectively to handle a high volume of customer requests while maintaining quality service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with merchandising principles is an advantage.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate information.
- Proven time management abilities to ensure timely responses to customer queries.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial but not mandatory. Join us in delivering exceptional service that enhances our customers’ experiences!
Pay: £12.71 per hour
