Home Administrator job at London Full Time

Overview
We are seeking a Care Home Services Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and be able to manage a variety of admin procedures. Excellent written communications as well as proficiency in using different software applications is required.

Alongside being an experienced and capable administrator, must be a caring and compassionate individual who has good experience of interacting with elderly

Duties (not exhaustive list)

• Overall responsibility for purchases of supplies and equipment for the Home
• Financial Management of invoices and expenditure
• Assistance with staff/HR functions including onboarding, document, absence and Training Management
• Quality Control – monitoring of all equipment and supplies in the Home
• Supporting the Activities and Marketing team with activities, events and trips.
• Maintain an organised office environment
• Ensure all communications are handled promptly

Requirements

• Previous office administration experience is essential, with experience in purchasing/ordering desirable.
• Strong computer/software skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite applications (Gmail, Google Docs and Google Sheets)
• Excellent phone and email etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to follow detailed and complex administration processes
• Must be a driver with own car and live within a reasonable commute to the Home

Days: Monday – Thursday

Hours: 8am – 3pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £14.50-£15.00 per hour
