The ideal candidate will:
Be an experienced professional – social worker, health professional or teacher
Knowledge of education system
Have extensive knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures
Have knowledge of trauma informed practice and its effective implementation
Have experience of working at a strategic level, developing policies and procedures
Have experience of working in a collaborative manner with other agencies/schools/families and children/young people
Be an excellent communicator
