Overview
I run Weld Leads, a specialized, fast-growing digital marketing and performance agency built exclusively for the welding, fabrication, and steel industry. Unlike generic agencies, I don’t focus on vanity metrics or basic social media management; I build high-converting performance marketing funnels that bring high-value construction and fabrication leads directly to our clients. As a solo founder, I have built the foundation, the website, and the proof of concept. Now, I am looking for an ambitious, driven B2B Sales Representative to join my startup and help scale operations by turning qualified data into closed deals.
Your main focus will be outbound sales and relationship building. Because I value your time and want you focusing purely on closing, you will not need to do any cold data scraping or list-building. No Prospecting Needed: I already have the data and highly targeted lead lists ready for you. Reach out to targeted business owners, site managers, and decision-makers within the fabrication and steel sectors. Introduce Weld Leads’ high-performing lead generation services (including automated video case studies and custom funnels). Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing the contract. Work closely with me to refine the sales pitch and strategy based on market feedback.
Proven B2B Sales Experience: You know how to talk to business owners, handle objections, and close deals. Industry Familiarity (A Plus): If you understand the welding, engineering, construction, or fabrication sectors, that’s a massive advantage—but a hunger to learn is just as important. Self-Starter Mentality: As this is a startup environment, you need to be disciplined, organized, and motivated to work independently. Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills are a must. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, automated pipelines, or tracking spreadsheets.
Uncapped Commission: This is a commission-based role with a highly attractive percentage per closed client. Because our services target high-value contracts, your earning potential is significant. Warm Data Provided: Spend 100% of your time selling, not 70% of your time hunting for emails and phone numbers. 100% Remote & Flexible: Work from anywhere, managing your own schedule to hit your targets.
