A little bit about the role…
Morning Shift: Monday – Friday: 8:15am-12:30pm or Afternoon Shift: Monday – Friday: 1:15pm – 5pm
Are you a naturally welcoming person who thrives in a professional environment? We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to be the heartbeat of our Weston Business Centre. As the first point of contact for our clients and their guests, you won’t just be answering phones you’ll be creating a first-class experience from the moment someone walks through our doors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Your Impact:

The Welcome: Meet and greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

The Hub: Manage the switchboard, directing calls and capturing messages with precision.

The Space: Maintain an impeccable reception and lounge area that reflects our high standards.

The Logistics: Oversee meeting room diaries and administrative essentials.

The Growth: Act as an ambassador for the centre, assisting with marketing and promoting our services to potential clients.
