Finance Graduate

MGCB is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified finance graduate to join the organisation as soon as possible but no later than autumn 2026.

Initially working under the supervision of the existing team they will be required to assist and support the delivery of a wide range of financial management services in order to meet MGCB’s financial requirements.

Mersey Gateway Crossings Board ltd. (MGCB) is the organisation responsible for the day-to-day management of the two companies that deliver the £1.86B Mersey Gateway Project (toll bridges over the River Mersey with over 2million crossings per month); Merseylink oversee the maintenance and operation of the bridge; and Merseyflow manage the tolling of the bridge.

Starting salary of £28,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, based in the Runcorn office and working on a hybrid basis. Training and development package to work towards an appropriate accounting qualification.
