We are seeking a Progress and Destination Tutor to join our team. In this role you will work closely with curriculum and teaching staff to provide effective academic and pastoral support to students, helping them to stay engaged, make progress, and successfully complete their programmes. The post holder is responsible for delivering weekly personal development sessions on a range of agreed topics, adapting resources and facilitating discussions to meet the needs of different learner groups and subject areas. The role also includes managing a caseload of students, monitoring attendance and progress, identifying those at risk of underachievement, and providing targeted support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential. By promoting student wellbeing, engagement, attendance, and positive progression outcomes, the role contributes directly to the College’s retention, achievement, and destination targets while working across one or more curriculum areas as required.
