Our client, a highly successful and established brand with a strong presence across North London, is seeking a motivated and organised Property Manager to join their thriving Finchley office. The Role
As Property Manager, you will take responsibility for a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive an exceptional level of service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

• Managing a residential portfolio of approximately 150 properties
• Coordinating maintenance issues from initial report through to resolution
• Conducting routine property inspections and preparing detailed reports
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and suppliers
• Managing tenancy renewals and negotiating terms where required
• Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation and regulations
• Obtaining contractor quotations and overseeing works
• Resolving tenancy-related queries and disputes efficiently
• Monitoring compliance documentation, including Gas Safety Certificates, EPCs, and EICRs
• Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential Property Management is essential
• ARLA qualified (or equivalent) is essential
• Strong understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
• Professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach
• Full UK Driving Licence required
