Legal Secretary – Corporate
Ryder Reid Legal is working with a US law firm to recruit for a proactive and highly organised Legal Secretary to support their busy Corporate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong legal secretarial experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to fee earners
- Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings
- Preparing and amending legal documents and correspondence
- Handling billing and time recording
- Organising travel arrangements and itineraries
- Liaising with clients and internal departments professionally and efficiently
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a Corporate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal document management systems
- A team player with a flexible and proactive approach
