Salary Package:

• Basic Salary: £24,800 per annum.
• Car Allowance: Mileage paid.
• OTE: £27,500 + additional bonus eligibility.
• Bonus Structure: Available and will be discussed at the interview.

Role Overview:
As an Ear Wax Removal Clinician/Technician, you’ll play a vital role in improving patients’ ear health across multiple clinics. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting aural health assessments for scheduled patients
• Identifying earwax build-ups, occlusions, or auditory concerns
• Performing earwax removal procedures using micro-suction and irrigation techniques
• Carrying out post-procedure hearing screenings and referring patients as appropriate

You’ll be committed to delivering exceptional care, highly reliable, and well-organised ensuring every patient has a positive and professional experience.

Working Hours:

• Shifts are based on a 5 day schedule (Tuesday to Saturday) including evening shifts.

• Previous experience and relevant qualifications are highly desirable, but full training is available for the right candidates
• Strong organisational skills, reliability, and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care
• Flexibility to work across multiple sites and manage a varied schedule

Requirements

• Full UK Driving License & access to a vehicle
• Right to live and work in the UK
• DBS Clearance – Upon completion
• Willingness and ability to travel for home visits and between clinic locations
