Assistant Sales Manager – Holloway
Basic Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 + Uncapped Commission
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join a high-performing estate agency in the Holloway area.
This role is ideal for a proven Senior Sales Negotiator or existing Assistant Manager looking to step into a leadership position, supporting the day-to-day running of a successful office while driving performance and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Sales Manager in the day-to-day operations of the branch
• Driving team performance and helping to achieve and exceed targets
• Winning new instructions and generating business opportunities
• Conducting market appraisals and converting valuations into listings
• Negotiating offers and overseeing the sales process through to completion
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing junior team members
• Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times
• Assisting with strategy, marketing, and business growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Manager
• Strong track record in valuations and winning instructions
• Proven ability to drive and influence team performance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a commercial mindset
• Professional, proactive, and highly organised
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)

What’s on Offer:

• Basic salary of £30,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience)
• 10% individual commission
• 5% generation commission (on self-generated business that completes)
• Quarterly bonus (subject to targets being achieved)
• Tiered commission structure above £150,000, increasing to 15%
