Job Title: Housing Support Officer

Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Housing Support Officer to support individuals in maintaining tenancies, living independently, and improving wellbeing. You will work with people who may have disabilities, mental health needs, or other vulnerabilities, helping them build skills and access services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred housing-related support
- Support tenancy sustainment, daily living, and independence
- Signpost and connect individuals to community services
- Work with partners including local authorities and health services
- Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures
Person Specification
Essential:
- Experience in housing support, support work, or social care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to supporting vulnerable people
Desirable:
- Experience with disabilities or mental health needs
- Background in charity, housing, or local authority settings
- Relevant qualifications
