Summary
We are seeking a Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team at Simplicity Group in Belfast. This role is crucial for supporting our financial operations and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional telecommunication and telematics solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing financial records and transactions
- Support the preparation of financial reports and budgets
- Process invoices and payments accurately
- Maintain accurate financial data entry
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance
- Provide administrative support to the finance team
- Contribute to process improvements for efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a finance or accounting role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong communication skills
