An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Transport First Line Manager to join our Costa Coffee site in Purfleet (RM19 1TB), where you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of chilled, frozen, and ambient products across the UK. Leading a team of drivers, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class, professional service while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and performance. Using industry-leading telematics, you will actively manage and optimise driver performance, championing a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence in a fast-paced distribution environment.
This role is being offered on a permanent, full-time basis. If successful, you will work on a 4-on 4-off shift pattern with the hours of 06:00-18:00 – we ask for a bit of flexibility at beginning and end of shift for handovers.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £36,581.44, per annum and 23 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
