Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Bar Staff, Floor Staff, Kitchen Staff, or Cooks. This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and supporting kitchen operations. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, good organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. All positions are paid and offer valuable experience within the hospitality industry.

Duties

• Serve drinks and food to customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar, dining area, and kitchen stations
• Assist in food preparation and cooking as required
• Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times
• Restock supplies and ensure the bar and kitchen are well organised
• Provide excellent customer service by attending to guests’ needs promptly
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
• Follow health and safety regulations diligently

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
• Strong serving skills with a friendly attitude towards customers
• Good time management to prioritise tasks effectively during busy hours
• Ability to work well within a team and independently when needed
• To work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
• Personal presentation that reflects professionalism and hospitality standards

All staff will be fully trained also to work in the kitchen.

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
