As a Customer Care Call Centre Assistant at The Wimpole Clinic Ltd., you will reconnect with prospective patients who previously expressed interest in our services. Your job isn’t to sell; it’s to listen, reassure, and guide. Because of this, your role is absolutely pivotal in shaping the patient experience and driving the clinic’s success.
