B&B Hotels is looking for a dedicated professional to join our friendly team as a Casual Guest Service Agent. Our hotel provides a fun and relaxed space with service that is welcoming and personal. Whether it’s the hotel’s retro and relaxed ambience, the casually dressed professional staff team or the console games being played in the lounge; this is a fun place to work and a fabulous place for guests to enjoy.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills and enjoy working with a busy and passionate staff, across all the front of house aspect of the business. You will be well presented, eager to exceed customer expectations and be able to deliver a warm and welcoming approach.

You will ideally have experience within a similar role or have worked in customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Checking guests in and out of the hotel
• Dealing with guest enquiries
• Taking payments
• Liaising with the appropriate departments to maintain a high quality service for our customers
• Knowledge of OPERA
• Prepare and deliver the brand’s limited food offering with consistency, quality and pace.
• Maintain full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards while keeping service areas clean and organised.
