Job brief

• Providing excellent customer service
• Helping customers make a decision in choosing tiles
• The ability to communicate well with colleagues and customers
• A confident and professional manner in dealing with a variety of different customer situations
• Ability to work co-operatively with others
• Enthusiasm and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Ability to engage and inspire customers through questioning and listening skills
• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant or working in retail sales
• Lifting tiles, loading and unloading customer vehicles and company vehicles
• Preparing deliveries
• Maintain excellent store retail standards

What you’ll need – skills and experience:

• Previous experience working in a similar role
• Confident dealing with trade and retail customers
• Focused, motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
