About Us
Pancakery isn’t your average café.
We’re a small independent business built from the ground up, serving great coffee, ridiculously good pancakes, homemade bakes and creating a welcoming space where everyone feels at home. Our customers know us for our friendly atmosphere, community events, dog-friendly vibes and the little touches that make us different.
We’re growing, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same.
You’ll be involved in:
- Making drinks and serving customers
- Keeping the café clean, stocked and running smoothly
- Delivering friendly, genuine customer care and service
- Helping create the welcoming atmosphere Pancakery is known for
What We’re Looking For
Experience in hospitality is desirable but the right vibe and attitude is even better.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is friendly, reliable and hardworking
- Enjoys working as part of a small team
- Takes pride in their work
- Has a positive attitude and isn’t afraid of bringing their vibrant personality with them
- Is willing to learn and get stuck in wherever needed
- Loves good food, good coffee and good people

Hours
This is a part-time position with flexibility required, including weekends.
