Housing Support Worker job at London Full Time NEW

Victory Housing is looking for a compassionate, organised, and proactive Support Worker to join our growing team.

This is an opportunity to support vulnerable adults, refugees, homeless individuals, and other Service Users living within supported accommodation to achieve positive outcomes, maintain their tenancies, and move towards independent living.

About the Role

You will manage a caseload of Service Users, providing practical and emotional support through regular one-to-one sessions, support planning, risk assessments, and tenancy sustainment. You will work closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, housing providers, and other partner agencies to help Service Users access the support they need.

The role also includes housing management responsibilities such as conducting property inspections, supporting move-ins and move-ons, assisting with benefit-related matters, reporting repairs, and helping to maintain safe, well-managed accommodation.
