Location: Remote (Candidates based in Pakistan only)

Job Type: 1-Month Temporary Contract

Total Salary: 25,000 PKR (Fixed-price for the full 1-month training period)

Expected Commitment: 20-30 hours of live training (Flexible evening or weekend hours) .

Project Overview

I am an IT professional preparing for a 2nd-Line Support Engineer interview. While I have solid 1st-line desktop support experience, I need a senior engineer to help me build confidence in handling server-level and infrastructure issues.I am offering a flat fee of 25,000 PKR for a one-month mentorship . The goal is to finish within exactly 30 days.

General Training Expectations Instead of a rigid academic syllabus, we will use our weekly sessions to cover broad 2nd-line support scenarios based on what I need to learn. This will generally include:

• Ticket Simulations: Walking through everyday 2nd-line enterprise tickets and discussing the step-by-step logic to solve them.
• Server & Infrastructure Overview: Discussing how Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and file servers work in real corporate environments.
• Interview Preparation: Running mock technical interviews, reviewing common 2nd-line interview questions, and helping me explain my troubleshooting process clearly.
• Q&A Sessions: Answering my questions about real-world enterprise infrastructure and IT configurations.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of active experience working in a 2nd or 3rd-line engineering or infrastructure support role.
• Flawless English communication skills with a patient, clear teaching style.
• Ability to share your screen to show practical workflows or look at setups together.
• Mandatory: Reliable power backup (UPS/Inverter) and a fast internet connection to guarantee stable video calls.
