Kennel Assistant job at Chichester Full Time

We are a large commercial boarding kennels on a beautiful 5-acre site providing overnight boarding and Day care facility for all sizes of dogs from the smallest to the largest. We are seeking ideally a qualified level 2 or 3 animal care assistant to join our fully qualified team in the West Sussex countryside, near Emsworth. This is a great opportunity for a devoted animal lover to join and help lead a lovely team who provide a fun, safe and relaxed environment for their long and short stay boarders.

General day to day duties are Feeding, Exercising , Cleaning and Enrichment with swift senior advancement with customer care and work processing computer skills with diary bookings. There is a lot of exercise in this role with allot of cleaning kennels, washing up and disinfecting areas. You will be handling some very large dogs at times so you will need to be fit to handle the job.

There is a swift progression following general dog training routines to deal with customers, answer phones and IT work using our software booking system. Experience preferred. Must have own transport and able to work weekends.
