Sales Estimator & Order Processor job at Leatherhead Full Time

This is a great opportunity to join our Print & Mail Sales Office supporting the smooth and accurate flow of customer orders from quotation through to production. You will be based on-site in Leatherhead, Surrey.

About the Role:

You’ll support the Sales Office by:

• Preparing quick, accurate quotations

• Processing orders through to production

• Creating clear works orders for the production team

• Providing general administrative support

Your work ensures customer orders are handled promptly and production can meet deadlines.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who:

• Works well in a team

• Communicates clearly with colleagues and customers

• Has strong attention to detail

• Manages tasks efficiently and accurately

Knowledge of printing processes is useful but not essential — training is available for the right candidate.

You’ll join a diverse team of 31 colleagues, including supported employees and volunteers, led by the site manager. We value adaptability, collaboration, and a positive approach to changing business needs.
