Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Barista to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality drinks, providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and helping create a welcoming environment for our customers.
We are seeking someone who is looking for a stable role and can make a genuine commitment to the position. Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic are highly valued. We invest time and resources into training our team members and are looking for applicants who see a long term role within the business rather than those seeking only very short-term employment.
Requirements:
- Previous barista or coffee shop experience is highly recommended but not essential.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to regular attendance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
