Garden Sauna Sales Specialist — GymCraft London

GymCraft is one of the UK’s leading design and build companies for bespoke home wellness spaces. We design and install saunas, steam rooms, ice baths and full spa environments for high-net-worth residential and commercial clients. We’ve been featured in Vogue, we work with some of the best architects and interior designers in the country, and we’re growing fast.

We’re looking for a sales specialist to own and grow our garden sauna product line — bespoke indoor saunas, garden cabin saunas and barrel saunas. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in London.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing inbound leads from first enquiry through to signed contract
• Conducting client consultations (virtual and in-person) to understand the brief and present the right product
• Building and maintaining relationships with architects, interior designers and property developers
• Working closely with our design and build team to ensure proposals are accurate and deliverable
• Hitting monthly revenue targets and contributing to the broader commercial growth of the business

What we’re looking for

• Proven track record in high-value, considered-purchase sales — luxury interiors, construction, property or similar
• Comfortable selling to affluent clients who expect a premium experience at every touchpoint
• Organised, self-motivated and able to manage a pipeline without being micromanaged
• Excellent communicator — written, verbal and in person
• A genuine interest in wellness, design or the built environment is a plus
