People 4 Property are delighted to be working with an award-winning independent estate agency who are looking to recruit an experienced Valuation Manager / Lister for their successful Stoneleigh office.
Covering Stoneleigh, West Ewell, Chessington, Worcester Park and surrounding areas, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property professional with a proven track record in valuations, winning instructions and generating new business.
The company has built an outstanding reputation for customer service and results and is seeking an individual who can further strengthen its market presence whilst delivering exceptional service to vendors.
The Role
As Valuation Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out residential market appraisals and valuations
- Winning new instructions and increasing market share
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors
- Generating new business through canvassing, networking and referrals
- Providing expert advice on pricing, marketing and local market conditions
- Negotiating offers where required
- Working closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities
- Ensuring a first-class customer experience throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Valuer, Lister, Senior Sales Negotiator or Valuation Manager
- Proven ability to win instructions and generate new business
- Strong knowledge of the residential property market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Professional, motivated and target driven
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive basic salary (depending on experience)
- OTE £50,000 – £70,000
