Job Summary

Libre Solutions is a fast-growing multi-disciplinary consultancy providing planning, design and construction expertise to residential and mixed-use developers across the UK. We support development from site acquisition through to delivery, working on projects ranging from bespoke one-off homes to large-scale residential schemes and master planning for national housebuilders and land agents.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee daily business activities and ensure the smooth functioning of our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent organisational skills, a proven track record and ideally will have a understanding of our business.

This is a senior-level role focused on working with team leaders within different departments on projects through early feasibility, concept development and planning stages, ensuring every project commercially aware and working within timescales and budgets whilst reporting directly to the Managing Director

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee sales management activities, including setting targets, analysing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to meet business objectives.
• Maintain excellent communication with staff and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Organise schedules, manage administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and professional development.
• Utilise strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively within tight deadlines.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and drive performance improvements.
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity for effective time management and prioritisation of tasks.

Pay: £50,000.00-£64,273.24 per year
