Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and adaptable individual to join our team at Aber Falls Distillery. This varied role combines delivering engaging distillery tours, providing excellent customer service in our retail shop, and supporting day-to-day operations in our on-site café. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating memorable visitor experiences and confident working across multiple areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tour Guide Duties:

• Deliver informative and engaging distillery tours to visitors
• Share knowledge about the distillation process, company history, and products.
• Ensure visitor safety and adherence to health and safety guidelines
• Answer questions and provide a welcoming, educational experience

2. Retail Shop Duties:

• Assist customers with purchases, offering product recommendations and guidance
• Operate the till and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure stock is well presented
• Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking

3. Café Duties:

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety regulations
• Assist with opening and closing procedures

General Responsibilities:

• Deliver consistently high levels of customer service across all areas
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for visitors
• Represent the brand positively at all times

Skills & Experience:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident speaking in front of groups of up to 14
• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or tourism is desirable
• Ability to multitask and work flexibly across different roles
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
