Our client is a luxury chocolatier with a fantastic presence in Europe and Asia.

We are on the lookout for an exceptional Sales Associate, someone who is driven by very high customer service values whilst meeting company targets and increasing profit for the business.

Day to Day:

• Welcome and assist customers, providing a warm and personalized experience
• Contribute to sales targets and build long-term client relationships
• Maintain brands’ high luxury and presentation standards
• Support with restocking, visual merchandising, and product display
• Handle deliveries, orders, and stock management
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the boutique

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (luxury retail or gastronomy preferred)
• Barista experience is a strong plus
• Passion for chocolate and high-end products
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Energetic, detail-oriented, and team-spirited
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
• Demonstrable passion for the brand
• The ability to work independently and show initiative
• A great team player with the ability to promote and help build a positive work environment
• Flexibility and availability to work during Monday to Sunday opening hours

Pay: £2,155.00 per month
