We are seeking dedicated and energetic Catering Assistants to join our vibrant hospitality team.
As a Catering Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our catering services, supporting both kitchen and front-of-house activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will work closely with other team members whilst serving our guests and making sure they have a memorable experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and setup of a catering unit.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the catering area during and after events.
- Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation and ingredient handling.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to our guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a catering or hospitality role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn and take direction.
- Team player with a customer-focused approach.
Due to Health and Safety reasons we require you to be over 18 and be able pass a drug test.
