Duties

• Assisting with loading and unloading materials using appropriate equipment
• Preparing work sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary tools and materials
• Supporting skilled tradespeople with their tasks as required
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work area throughout shifts
• Moving supplies and equipment to designated locations within the site
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times during operations
• Participating in site inspections and reporting any hazards or issues promptly

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manual labour or construction is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks over extended periods
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions carefully
• Reliable with a strong commitment to safety standards
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a manual labour environment
