Chiropractic Assistant
East Kilbride and Anniesland
East Kilbride Chiropractic is looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team at our East Kilbride and Anniesland clinic. The role is varied and includes, client education, customer service, and admin/front desk duties.
Sales and reception work experience is welcome, but training will be provided. Candidates must be willing to learn, have attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
This is a busy and challenging role, but it is also rewarding. East Kilbride is a Chiropractic and Wellness services provider with clinics in in Ayr, Glasgow Burnside, Glasgow Anniesland, Glasgow Shawlands and Cumbernauld

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for all patients coming into the clinic. Main duties include meeting and greeting patients, updating patient records, answering general queries, booking appointments over the phone, and dealing with both card and cash payments.
This is a part time, permanent position, working approx 21 hours Monday – Friday and there may be some requirement for Saturday shifts. Holiday cover is also required which would be full time hours.
EK shifts: Monday: 11am-6:30pm & Tuesday: 8am – 6pm
Anniesland shift: Thursday: 2pm – 6pm
Required skills & experience:
- 2 years minimum experience in a customer facing position
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both face to face and over the phone
- You will be a people person that loves to interact and genuinely cares about helping people
Responsibilities will include:
- Appointment management for a private chiropractic clinic
- Providing exceptional customer service in an open plan environment
- Providing new patients with the information they will need to feel confident at their first appointment
- Working with the rest of the team to ensure a calm and well-managed practice is maintained
- Taking payments for treatments
- Discussing care and treatment plans with patients under the guidance of a Chiropractor
- working full time on a few weeks of the year for holiday cover
