The Role

We’re looking for a hungry, sharp Sales & Growth Executive who can own the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting through to close — and help build the repeatable engine that scales Dacy. You won’t just be selling; you’ll be shaping our go-to-market strategy, refining our pitch, and feeding product insights back from the frontline.

This is a field-heavy role. You’ll be in restaurants, coffee shops, and hospitality venues across the UK having real conversations with owners and operators. If you want to sit behind a desk all day, this isn’t it.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full sales cycle — prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, close. No hand-offs, no excuses.
• Build and manage our sales pipeline using GoHighLevel (GHL) as our core CRM — sequences, automations, follow-ups, pipeline tracking.
• Run demos and presentations that translate Dacy’s capabilities into language operators care about: saving money, saving time, making better decisions.
• Get out in the field — visit prospects on-site, attend industry events, build relationships face-to-face. You need your own transport and the willingness to move around.
• Build and optimise sales funnels — landing pages, email sequences, retargeting flows — all within GHL.
• Track and hit KPIs — pipeline value, conversion rates, demo-to-close ratio, MRR added, churn. You live and die by your numbers.
• Feed insights back to product — what objections come up, what features get people excited, what competitors are doing. You’re our eyes and ears in the market.
• Create and refine sales collateral — one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, objection-handling docs.

What You Bring

Must-haves:

• Proven experience in SaaS sales — you understand MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, CAC, and why they matter.
• Hands-on proficiency with GoHighLevel — you’ve built funnels, managed pipelines, and run automations in GHL. Not negotiable.
• Excellent communicator — articulate, confident, and persuasive in person, on calls, over email, and on video. You can walk into a busy restaurant and get 10 minutes with the owner.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels — top to bottom. You know how to move leads from cold to closed and where the drop-off points are.
• Comfortable with KPIs and data — you track your own performance obsessively and know how to course-correct when numbers dip.
• Own transport and willingness to travel across the UK for in-person meetings, site visits, and events.
• A genuine interest in hospitality — you understand the pressures operators face (labour costs, food waste, thin margins, long hours).

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience selling into restaurants, pubs, cafes, QSR, or hospitality groups.
• Background in competing or adjacent tools (Planday, Trail, Nory, MarketMan, Fourth, etc.).
• Experience at an early-stage startup where you had to build the playbook, not just follow one.
• Familiarity with paid social, content marketing, or demand gen alongside direct sales.
