We are seeking a Dental Trainee / Receptionist to join our friendly team at Eternal Smiles Dental Centre. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in dental administration while contributing to our commitment to patient care and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional manner.
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient records.
• Handle phone inquiries and provide information about treatments.
• Support the dental team with administrative tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with billing and payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Proven office experience or administrative background.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, professional attitude with a focus on patient care.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not essential.
• Enthusiasm for learning about dental treatments and patient services.
