We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our busy hospitality team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our kitchen environment, ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities

• Washing, cleaning, and sanitising dishes, utensils, pots, and pans to meet health and safety standards
• Assisting with basic food preparation tasks as directed by chefs or kitchen supervisors
• Maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen, including floors, work surfaces, and storage areas
• Organising and storing clean crockery and cutlery efficiently
• Supporting the kitchen team during busy periods by ensuring supplies are readily available
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards
• Assisting with waste disposal and recycling procedures in line with company policies

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or hospitality is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Knowledge of restaurant or hotel environments is advantageous
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Flexibility to work shifts as required, including evenings and weekends if necessary
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with health regulations

Pay: £12.70-£18.02 per hour
