Sales Administrator / Customer Support Coordinator job at Margate Full Time NEW

The Embroidered & Printed Clothing is one of the UK’s leading garment decoration and fulfilment companies, specialising in high volume screen printing, embroidery, DTG and merchandise fulfilment for brands, events, agencies and trade clients.

We operate advanced production facilities with in-house software systems, live order tracking, automated workflows and large-scale production equipment. We are growing quickly and are looking for someone sharp, organised and proactive to join the team.

This is not a quiet “sit and answer emails” admin role.
You will be juggling multiple jobs, solving problems quickly, keeping customers updated and helping keep production moving smoothly.

The Role

You will be involved in the day to day running of customer orders from enquiry through to production and dispatch.

Duties will include:

• Processing quotes and sales orders
• Managing customer emails and phone calls
• Organising samples and approvals
• Liaising with production teams and suppliers
• Chasing information and resolving issues quickly
• Updating internal systems and customer portals
• Checking artwork, order details and delivery requirements
• Helping prioritise urgent jobs and problem solve when things change
• Supporting account managers and production teams
• General sales administration and customer support

What We Need

We are looking for somebody who:

• Is extremely organised and good under pressure
• Can multitask without getting flustered
• Is highly IT literate and confident learning software systems quickly
• Has strong communication skills and enjoys dealing with people
• Is proactive and notices problems before they become bigger issues
• Can think logically and solve problems independently
• Has good attention to detail
• Works with urgency and common sense
• Is reliable and hard working

Experience in sales admin, production admin, customer service, logistics or manufacturing environments would be useful, but attitude and ability are more important.

The Environment

This is a fast paced production business. Some days are calm. Some days are absolute chaos.
You need to be somebody who enjoys being busy, can prioritise properly and does not fall apart when five things happen at once.

If you are the sort of person who likes ticking boxes slowly all day, this probably is not for you.

If you enjoy solving problems, being involved, and making things happen, you will fit in well.
