Responsibilities
As an Accommodation Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering an outstanding experience for every guest. Your responsibilities will include:

Tech Savvy
Comfortable with daily computer tasks, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and general IT skills. Ability to adapt to new software quickly.
Strong Communication Skills
Clear and effective communication with guests and internal teams is essential.
Language Skills
Fluent English (spoken, written, and reading) is required. Additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, French, German, or Cantonese are a plus.
Right Attitude Above All

Job Outline
Contract Type: Fixed-Term contract
Hours: Minimum 24 hours per week, typically 30–40 hours
Shift Work: Rotating shifts, including nights. Your schedule will be provided at least one week in advance.
Weekend Availability: Required to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service.
