Second Step is a leading mental health charity in the Southwest offering housing, support and hope to people with mental health and support needs. We promote mental health and wellbeing by supporting people and communities to build brighter futures.
We are recruiting a Mental Health Crisis Worker to join our Crisis Team, in Gloucester House, Southmead. The team provide a 24/7 service.
This exciting opportunity has arisen within the Bristol Mental Health Partnership, which involves collaborative working between a number of organisations to include Second Step and Avon and Wiltshire Partnership Trust (part of the National Health Service).

This job is full time and permanent, with a salary of £26,056 per annum. In addition there is an uplift of £2,116 for working nights.

You will:
The ideal candidate will have worked within mental health, providing a wide range of interventions to assist people, during a period of acute mental health crisis and connecting into community resources.
