Working Hours: 04.30am starts, 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday)

The Role:
As an Order Picker & Delivery Driver, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately, on time, and in perfect condition. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately picking and packing fresh produce orders.
• Loading and unloading vans safely and efficiently.
• Delivering goods to customers across [insert area/region] in a timely manner.
• Providing excellent customer service at every delivery.
• Ensuring all paperwork and delivery notes are completed correctly.
• Maintaining cleanliness and care of the delivery vehicle.
• Following food safety and hygiene standards.

About You:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or delivery role is desirable but not essential – full training provided.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling (lifting boxes of produce).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
