About Us

Builderr.co.uk is a growing residential construction company specialising in loft conversions, house extensions,

new builds, kitchen renovations, bathroom remodelling, and full property refurbishments. We are looking for an

experienced and highly organised Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from planning

through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential construction projects simultaneously

• Coordinate builders, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams

• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

• Monitor site progress, quality control, and health & safety compliance

• Organise schedules, deliveries, and labour allocation

• Liaise directly with clients and provide regular updates

• Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications

• Solve on-site issues quickly and efficiently

• Ensure high-quality workmanship across all stages of the build

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and communication logs

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in residential construction project management

• Strong knowledge of loft conversions, extensions, renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, and new builds

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Strong organisational and leadership skills

• Ability to manage tradespeople and subcontractors effectively

• Experience dealing with clients professionally

• Ability to read construction drawings and plans

• Good understanding of UK building regulations and construction processes

• Full UK driving licence

• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• SMSTS or SSSTS certification

• First Aid certification

• Experience using project management software

• Quantity surveying or estimating experience• Existing network of reliable subcontractors/trades
