Job Summary
We are a growing Artificial Grass and Driveway Installation company seeking an experienced and reliable Landscaper / Hard Landscaper to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in hard landscaping or artificial grass installation, who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and can work efficiently as part of a team on residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out hard landscaping works, including ground preparation, levelling, and drainage
- Install slabs, porcelain tiles, and block paving for external areas
- Install artificial grass, including full base preparation (excavation, sub-base, compaction, and finishing)
- Install fencing, decking, and garden features as required
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure all work meets high standards of quality, safety, and finish
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organised condition
Experience & Requirements
- Strong experience in at least ONE of the following areas is essential:
- Artificial grass installation
- Hard landscaping (groundworks, levelling, patios, paving)
- Experience in the following is highly desirable:
- Slabs, porcelain tiles, and block paving
- Fencing installation
- Decking installation
- Good understanding of ground preparation and external construction work
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic to intermediate English required for communication on site
- Driving licence is beneficial but not mandatory
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
