• Handle passenger enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Monitor cabin conditions and respond swiftly to any emergencies or irregularities
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cabin throughout the flight
• Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver seamless service and uphold airline standards
• Comply with all safety regulations, protocols, and operational procedures at all times

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided
• Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical skills to assess situations quickly and make sound decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanour
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
