Start: September 2025 | Full-time | Term-time | £100-£115 per day
Can you support students to improve behaviour, attendance and engagement in school?
A Haringey secondary school is seeking a Behaviour & Pastoral Mentor to work with students who need additional support to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing behaviour and pastoral support across KS3 and KS4
- Mentoring students on a 1:1 basis
- Supporting behaviour intervention strategies
- Working with safeguarding and pastoral teams to improve outcomes
What they’re looking for:
- Experience supporting teenagers or vulnerable young people
- Calm and confident behaviour management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for supporting student wellbeing
