We are currently looking for a motivated and organized IT Sales Coordinator to join our Birmingham team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting sales operations, managing client relationships, and working within a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the IT sales team with daily coordination and administrative activities
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales documentation
• Communicate with clients regarding product inquiries, follow-ups, and service updates
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales databases
• Coordinate meetings, product presentations, and sales schedules
• Track sales performance and assist with reporting and forecasting activities
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and sales processes

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales coordination, IT sales support, or business administration preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
• Interest or knowledge in IT products, software, or technology solutions is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
