I am hiring for an EA slash PA role.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE
This role is for someone who is highly organised, sharp, proactive, and especially good with logistics, planning, and coordination.
This is a full time role with part times hours (about 20 hours a week). There are no fixed hours such as 9 am. to 12 pm every day. The work is spread throughout the day depending on what is needed.
For example, although the role may only require three to four hours of active work on some days, those hours may be spread across a wider period such as 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Most of the role is remote, but flexibility is important.
As the role grows, the hours and responsibilities are also expected to grow over time.
The role can involve things such as:
• Organising schedules and timings
• Managing appointments
• Coordinating logistics, pickups, drop offs, meetings, and travel
• Planning days efficiently and making sure timings work properly
• Helping manage emails and admin
• Filling out forms and handling online systems
• Learning and using platforms such as Trello, Asana, Monday, CRMs, booking systems, and other management tools
• Helping organise projects, plans, and day to day operations
The ideal person is:
• Very good with logistics, coordination, and planning
• Organised and detail focused
• Computer literate and quick to learn systems
• Good at communication
• Friendly, polite, and easy to work with
• Able to think ahead and understand how one decision affects other parts of the day or business
• Proactive and able to get things done without constant monitoring
• Someone who naturally looks for ways to make things run smoother and easier
This role suits someone who enjoys problem solving, organisation, planning, logistics, and helping bring structure to busy environments.
