Responsibilities
As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for…
- Performing daily bank reconciliations and supplier statements
- Raising sales invoices
- Processing supplier purchase orders
- Liaising with customers, clients and suppliers
- Updating and maintaining financial records, including Excel spreadsheets
- General administrative duties as needed by the finance team
Requirements
As an Accounts Assistant, you will need…
- Experience in a previous accounts/bookkeeping role
- Knowledge of Sage 50 accounts & payroll
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Be a team-player, as well as having the initiative to work productively alone
