This Residential Surveyor position is for a highly successful and growing residential chartered surveying business in the Southall, West London area, which, due to increased business levels, is seeking an experienced surveying professional to join their team on an employed basis, working within a 25-mile radius from home.
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, including:
- Homebuyer (Level 2 Surveys)
- Mortgage Valuations
- Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out on time.
To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role, you must have:
- Minimum AssocRICS qualified or higher
- Strong track record in Surveying – minimum of 2 years post-qualified
- VRS experience
- Attention-to-detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- UK Driving License
